Kontraktor Padel Medan is a construction team focused on one product: FIP-standard padel courts and the facilities around them in Medan and North Sumatra. We do not build houses, shophouses or warehouses — only courts, roofs, lighting and the facilities that make a padel club profitable.

What We Deliver in One Contract

• Slab and drainage — soil compaction, drainage pipes, gravel layer and a reinforced concrete slab laid to fall for Medan's rain.
• Galvanised steel frame and 10–12 mm tempered glass — corrosion-protected for Medan's humidity.
• Synthetic turf with silica sand — laid only after the concrete has cured.
• 300–500 lux LED lighting for night play, plus a steel roof or canopy for courts used in the rain.
• Lobby, changing rooms and a recovery zone when the project needs them.

How We Work

• Turnkey — civil, steel, tempered glass, turf, lighting and roof under one contract with one responsible party.
• FIP standard — 20 × 10 m, 10–12 mm glass, tournament-grade turf and silica sand, 300–500 lux.
• Open numbers — itemised budget, stage schedule, payments tied to progress.
