Kontraktor Padel Medan is a construction team focused on one product: FIP-standard padel courts and recovery zones in Medan and North Sumatra. We do not build houses, shophouses or warehouses — only courts, roofs, lighting and the facilities that make a padel club profitable.
How we work
Turnkey — civil, steel, tempered glass, turf, lighting and roof under one contract with one responsible party.
FIP standard — 20 × 10 m, 12 mm glass, tournament-grade turf and silica sand, 300–500 lux.
Engineered for Medan — drainage and compaction for heavy rain, heat-reflective roofing, ventilation for humidity.
Open numbers — itemised budget, stage schedule, payments tied to progress.
Warranty — structure, glass and turf under written warranty; annual maintenance available.
